How To Change Unconscious Negative Thinking

1. I FOUND THAT FOOD INTOLERANCE (gluten, chocolate and sugar) … was caused by “criticism” about what other people were doing with their diets and how corporations were treating our food.

SOLUTION: Mind my own business.

2. I FOUND THAT WEIGHT GAIN (up to 10kgs) … was caused by “low self worth” and trying to love others more than I was loving myself.

SOLUTION: Stop trying to achieve some perfect standard and find ways to be satisfied with what I HAVE right now. Stop comparing myself to other women and find things to adore about WHO I AM right now. Start being aware of how I really feel and aim to feel just a little better now. Start acknowledging my secret inner desires and go for WHAT I WANT right now.

3. I FOUND THAT CRITICAL ILLNESS (undisclosed) … was caused by “constantly trying to help other people” instead of caring for my body, my connection to Source and my own needs first.

SOLUTION: I did whatever I needed to restore physical equilibrium, rediscover my true emotions and revitalize my spiritual connection. I stopped trying to tell others how they should live and now I simply show them what’s really possible.

4. I FOUND THAT A DEBILITATING INJURY … (only a matter of months ago) was the result of guilt about withholding something that someone else was wanting from me.

SOLUTION: Trust that the Universe will continue to guide me closer to the answer that best serves all those involved (especially me). ~ ER

The Easy Way To Get Out Of A Rut

WHEN I’M STUCK IN A RUT … I just have to relax.

That’s not the best time to try and fix anything, that’s not the best time to make big decisions, that’s not the best time to have a meaningful conversation, that’s not the best time to do business, that’s not the best time to get in the car and drive and it certainly isn’t the best time to vent. 

The quality of my life seems to be determined more by how much I can chill out during the challenging times, stay as quiet as possible, affirm that it will pass soon enough, remember that it’s all worked out before, believe I’m being looked after and trust that better things are coming.

ENJOY THE CONTRAST … expansion is on the way.

Don’t expect to stop something unpleasant in mid-flight. Attracting contrast doesn’t mean you’re a bad person. Enjoying a happy moment doesn’t mean you’re good.  It’s just an “indication” of where your energy is currently at, that’s all! Just ride out the energy until it passes – and it will soon enough.

When I’m flying high, I always know what to do next. I feel clear. I feel sure. I feel a confident. I feel alive. I feel powerful. Wild horses couldn’t stop me from heading in the direction that feels really good in that moment, but until I’m there, I need a reminder of what works best for me.

HERE’S WHAT HELPS ME GET OUT OF A RUT … QUICKLY.

  1. Stop what I’m doing.
  2. Breathe …………………………….. Breathe deeper ……………………………. Breathe deeper again.
  3. Change my focus, change what I’ve been thinking about, change from sitting, to standing or lying down, change the speed I’m walking, change my posture, change my clothes, change my proximity to the problem too.
  4. That usually does it for me. Life was meant to be easy.

WHEN YOU FEEL SOME RESISTANCE LIFT … That’s the time to celebrate. That’s the time to say your affirmations. That’s the time to write. That’s the time to share your story. That’s the time to make love. That’s the time to DO whatever your bliss is calling you to do. The energy that flows freely during this time achieves a thousand times more powerful than at any other. I Set Boundaries

I SET BOUNDARIES

… but the boundaries I set are for my benefit, not to condemn someone else’s behaviour. If I’m temporarily unable to find a persons most positive aspects when I think about them, I withdraw my attention from them completely until I can.

I Live Life On My Terms

I LIVE LIFE ON MY TERMS … in a state of eternal freedom, never to allow the constraints, judgments or expectations of others, limit who I know myself to be.
I NEVER aim for less than what I truly desire.
I GIVE what I want, when I want, to whoever I want, as often as I want and I’m open to receive as well.
I tell the TRUTH to myself no matter how much I think it might hurt.

CONFESSION #102 … I KNOW HOW TO GET WHAT I WANT

Some people take action, some use visualization,
some people pray, some just don’t know any way.
But for me, I relax and I flow with the stream,
and have faith that what’s happening will show me my dream.

But my dream isn’t a bigger house,
or to have more success,
it isn’t money or love or even to do my best.
It’s simply to comprehend fully, how MUCH I’ve already been blessed.

(I’ve set the wheels in motion, now it’s time to sit back and enjoy the ride.)

I Can Focus

CONFESSION #510

I CAN’T ALWAYS TURN NEGATIVE ENERGY TO POSITIVE, but I CAN focus on the positive aspects of what’s happening and give more power to that instead.

  • I CAN find the blessing in every occurrence.
  • I CAN see the best in my mate and feel better about who we both are.
  • I CAN remember the fun times and speak about them often.
  • I CAN appreciate the simple things, like the birds and the bees, the grass and the trees, the rivers and the lakes, the coffee and the cakes.
  • I CAN imagine a brighter future.
  • I CAN choose to think about anything that makes me feel good.
  • I CAN decide to believe that everything always works out in the end.
  • I CAN cause myself to know, all things are perfect, just as they are.

I Accept All My Emotions

SOMETIMES BEING POSITIVE JUST DOESN’T WORK

  • when I’m trying too hard,
  • when I’m wanting a particular result,
  • when it just doesn’t feel good anymore.

The whole purpose of being positive is because it makes me feel better! When it doesn’t, then a good dose of anger or blame seems to do the trick 😉 (then I can move on to feeling my empowered self again!). I accept all my emotions, and let them pass easily, so I can spend more time feeling the ones I prefer.

I have no goal to be emotionally balanced. I LOVE being a woman 🙂

CONFESSION #519 – BOOK 2

Decisions That Changed My Life

I DECIDED THAT THINGS COULD BE EASIER … so I chilled out a little more.
I decided I wanted more love in my life, so I GAVE a little more.
I decided today is the perfect time, to change my point of view,
and to appreciate what I have right now as if it’s all brand new.

I DECIDED THERE WERE THINGS THAT I WANT that I believed I just couldn’t have.
Then I decided I shouldn’t want them, ’cause it made me feel really bad.
But wanting them wasn’t the problem, into my heart they’d already been thrust,
so I found the faith to remember, all I need to do is trust.

I DECIDED TO TRUST MY FEELINGS … and let them guide me through the day,
I decided that if something feels good to me, if it calls me out to play …
if it lights up my life and opens my mind, there’s nothing more I need from above,
my bright energy attracts all I could possibly want, my heart leads me back to love.

BUT SOMETIMES I JUST DON’T FEEL ANY GOOD … and it seems nothing I do or say,
can find the connection I once enjoyed, peace seems oh so far away.
It’s times like these I need to relax, to let go, to do my best,
and hand it over to “the universe” to fix up all the rest.

SO NOW I JUST NEED TO REMEMBER … there IS something I CAN do,
to make my days go better and to uplift someone elses too …
I can decide to make peace with whatever’s happening, to find the heaven contained in hell,
no matter what seems to be going wrong, remember we are loved and all is well.

The Universe Is On My Side

If you don’t think the Universe is conspiring to assist us all, then you forgot to watch the sun come up, without anyone needing to pay for it, making a business plan to get it, setting an intention about it, consciously asking for it, praying over it or begging for it.

Nature always adapts, bodies heal, lives transform, people help each other – heck, if you smiled at someone today, in that very moment, YOU assisted the world more than you probably give yourself credit for.

  • If a thought doesn’t make me happy … then I won’t think it!
  • If a conversation doesn’t sound uplifting … then I won’t get involved in it!
  • If a news story doesn’t feel good … then I won’t watch it!
  • If a belief limits my potential … then I stop repeating it!

The things that I focus on, get bigger, so I choose to focus on how I want my life to be instead.

I ALWAYS GET WHAT I WANT … especially:

  • When I use my mind to focus on where I want to go,
  • When I use my heart to show me the way,

I DON’T TRY TO FIX ANYONE!

Instead I appreciate their positive aspects … then that’s the part they tend to show us more of. Appreciation is a powerful influencer. Can you remember how good it feels to be around certain people? They notice better aspects of our personality & it makes us shine. The best gift we can give another is to see them in their magnificence & in doing so, we also find it in ourselves.
