I Have A Selective Memory

I have a selective memory for the things that bring me joy, for the feelings that still my mind, for the words that brighten my day, for the beauty that makes me smile, for the peace that warms my soul and for the love that fills my heart … You know that disagreement we had yesterday? I can’t even remember what it was about. My selective memory sorted that all out!

P.S. Isn’t it nice to be with someone who remembers who you are when you’re at your best and let’s the less desirable aspects be put to rest? I like to be that for others too. It makes me feel so good!
