How To Recover From An Upset

AS I TRAIN MYSELF TO FOCUS ON THINGS THAT FEEL BETTER EACH DAY … when something does happen that upsets my applecart, I bounce back really quickly.

I don’t cry over the spilled fruit,
I don’t go on a search and destroy mission to find out who did it and why,
I don’t publish a what to do when your boyfriend doesn’t like your melons facebook page.
I don’t give it a second thought at all.

I just make juice out of the bruised fruit, find an exciting new place to park my cart or go off to play in the orchard instead 😉
