WHAT TO DO WHEN YOU’RE FEELING STRESSED
1. Breathe. Take some time out. You have so much more to give when you’ve recharged your batteries.
2. If you’re feeling “off” stay as quiet as you can. Don’t add extra energy to an emotion (or a conversation) that’s spiraling downhill.
3. When you *FEEL GOOD* – celebrate, talk a lot, cheer, dance, anchor the good vibes in any way that makes you feel even better.
4. Trust that the negative energy will pass soon.
5. Remember that everyone is doing the best they know how, including you, especially you.
6. And know that you’re perfect, just as you are.
