THE WAY OTHER PEOPLE AROUND ME ARE BEHAVING
… is often an indication of how I’m really feeling inside.
Before I change anything else, I change my attitude towards them,
what I’ve been thinking about them and how I’ve been talking about them.
Before I decide that they are the problem,
I decide that I WILL BE THE SOLUTION.

I LOOKED FOR LOVE IN ALL THE WRONG PLACES
I thought my mate should change so I could love him more. I expected my kids to behave so they were worthy of my praise. I though YOU should believe the same things I do so I could shower you with blessings, but I was wrong. That’s not real love, that’s conditional love.
I DECIDED TO LOVE ANYWAY!
I decided to accept others just the way they are no matter what they were thinking, I decided to praise the essence of each person I meet no matter what they were doing, I decided to bless you no matter what you believe. not because you deserve it, not because it’s the right thing to do, not because I’ll go to heaven when I die, but because it’s the best way I know to BE THE LOVE THAT IS ME.
I’M NOT NORMAL … it’s true!
I don’t waste energy complaining about what’s broken. I use it wisely to notice what’s working.
I don’t talk badly about myself or others. I talk about our better qualities instead.
I don’t expect the worst. I imagine the best.
I don’t care to listen endlessly to the problems. But I DO care to seek eternal solutions.
I don’t expect you to change so I can be happy. I find happiness anyway, no matter how you are.
I don’t let an issue come between me and my heart. I wait until my heart is open again and then resolve it with love.
I don’t speak in haste. I choose to speak when I’ve taken time to find clarity first.
I don’t allow people to put me down. I get out of their way until they pick themselves up.
I don’t create extra drama in my life. I know I can turn on the TV and watch it there.
I’m not normal! … Or perhaps you, are just like me and I’m more normal than I think 😉

I NEVER POINT OUT OTHER PEOPLES WEAKNESSES
We all know when we haven’t been our naturally loving selves because we feel like crap, and having someone point it out to us just makes us feel worse, but being around people who remind us how incredible we normally are, helps us get back to our preferred self so much quicker.

Life has no meaning except what I give it!
Today I choose to find a meaning that makes me come alive.

But I’ve taught myself to concentrate on your solution, not listen to your problem.
I’ve faced myself in the direction of your answer, not on the dilemma of your question.
I’ve focused my imagination on your incredible wellness not on the pain of your illness,
and the strength of my vision will bring you closer to knowing it too.
I DON’T TRY TO SOLVE ANYTHING
I just imagine how I’ll feel when it’s already complete and then allow the solution to find me.

Would you like to play “This Month I’m Letting Go” with me?
It’s a game inspired by the teachings of Abraham, to help us release the resistant vibration that’s been holding back the things we want, from coming to us easily.
HERE’S HOW IT WORKS:
1. Whether we would like more money, a house, a relationship, a health cure, a career change, or to fix a specific problem in our lives — we just LET IT GO for the rest of this month.
2. We trust that it’s in our vortex — and we simply RELEASE THE URGENCY for the condition to change right now.
3. We do our best to move away from that troublesome topic — and GIVE IT TO THE UNIVERSE TO MANAGE for the next few weeks.
4. Rather than stressing about, focusing on, trying to find solutions for or strategizing about that particular thing — we decide to enjoy ourselves and BASK IN THE GOOD FEELING WE PREFER TO FEEL instead.
5. If we find ourselves thinking about that thing again — we just gently release it for now and PIVOT BACK TO A BETTER FEELING THOUGHT.
6 We also acknowledge that we are completely FREE to pick up the problem again next month if we choose to do so — OR NOT!

CONFESSION # 70 … ONE DAY I JUST DECIDED TO GIVE UP
and I gave up all struggle,
I gave up all resistance,
I gave up all complaining,
I gave up all contradictory thoughts,
I gave up all limiting beliefs,
I gave up all dis-empowering attitudes,
I gave up all need to control,
I gave up wanting other peoples approval, permission or understanding &
I gave up my incessant need to explain or justify who I am, what I’m doing & where I am at.
I NOW ALLOW … things to be easy, to go with the flow, to think well of myself and others, to only repeat beliefs that give each of us freedom to be who we choose to be, to hold attitudes that serve my expansion, to relax more, to trust my feelings to guide me, to be true to myself, to have faith that everything that occurs is leading me home, to an even grander version of love.
Unconditional Happiness is for WOMEN who generally know what they need to do, but just can’t seem to do it!
