The Easy Way To Get Out Of A Rut

WHEN I’M STUCK IN A RUT … I just have to relax.

That’s not the best time to try and fix anything, that’s not the best time to make big decisions, that’s not the best time to have a meaningful conversation, that’s not the best time to do business, that’s not the best time to get in the car and drive and it certainly isn’t the best time to vent. 

The quality of my life seems to be determined more by how much I can chill out during the challenging times, stay as quiet as possible, affirm that it will pass soon enough, remember that it’s all worked out before, believe I’m being looked after and trust that better things are coming.

ENJOY THE CONTRAST … expansion is on the way.

Don’t expect to stop something unpleasant in mid-flight. Attracting contrast doesn’t mean you’re a bad person. Enjoying a happy moment doesn’t mean you’re good.  It’s just an “indication” of where your energy is currently at, that’s all! Just ride out the energy until it passes – and it will soon enough.

When I’m flying high, I always know what to do next. I feel clear. I feel sure. I feel a confident. I feel alive. I feel powerful. Wild horses couldn’t stop me from heading in the direction that feels really good in that moment, but until I’m there, I need a reminder of what works best for me.

HERE’S WHAT HELPS ME GET OUT OF A RUT … QUICKLY.

  1. Stop what I’m doing.
  2. Breathe …………………………….. Breathe deeper ……………………………. Breathe deeper again.
  3. Change my focus, change what I’ve been thinking about, change from sitting, to standing or lying down, change the speed I’m walking, change my posture, change my clothes, change my proximity to the problem too.
  4. That usually does it for me. Life was meant to be easy.

WHEN YOU FEEL SOME RESISTANCE LIFT … That’s the time to celebrate. That’s the time to say your affirmations. That’s the time to write. That’s the time to share your story. That’s the time to make love. That’s the time to DO whatever your bliss is calling you to do. The energy that flows freely during this time achieves a thousand times more powerful than at any other. You know it well. ~ ER

What To Do When You’re Feeling Stressed

WHAT TO DO WHEN YOU’RE FEELING STRESSED

1. Breathe. Take some time out. You have so much more to give when you’ve recharged your batteries.
2. If you’re feeling “off” stay as quiet as you can. Don’t add extra energy to an emotion (or a conversation) that’s spiraling downhill.
3. When you *FEEL GOOD* – celebrate, talk a lot, cheer, dance, anchor the good vibes in any way that makes you feel even better.
4. Trust that the negative energy will pass soon.
5. Remember that everyone is doing the best they know how, including you, especially you.
6. And know that you’re perfect, just as you are.

Relax and let momentum swing the other way!

One Day I Just Decided To Give Up

ONE DAY I JUST DECIDED TO GIVE UP …

… and I gave up all struggle,
I gave up all resistance,
I gave up all complaining,
I gave up all contradictory thoughts,
I gave up all limiting beliefs,
I gave up all disempowering attitudes,
I gave up all need to control,
I gave up wanting other peoples approval, permission or understanding &
I gave up my incessant need to explain or justify who I am, what I’m doing & where I am at.

I NOW ALLOW … for things to be easy, to go with the flow of life, to think well of myself and others, to only repeat beliefs that give each of us freedom to be who we choose to be, to hold attitudes that serve my expansion, to relax more, to trust my feelings to guide me, to be true to myself, to have faith that everything that occurs is leading me home to an even grander version of love.

I’m Making Myself Feel Better

I’m telling a different story to make myself feel better.

This experience is a good thing.
Yes, it feels uncomfortable, but it makes me focus.
I know that when I ask for something, it’s given!
IT’S DONE! It really is!
All I need to do is align with what I want,
get into closer harmony with my desire,
do whatever it takes to feel better,
stop trying so hard to be so darned perfect,
and don’t criticise myself – ever!

Everything’s working out just fine,
the universe is on my side.
Pretty soon this will be a distant memory
and I’ll be focused on something else.
I reckon that help is on the way,
I can distract myself if I need some extra relief,
It’s getting a bit easier.
It’s happening.
I trust that I’m guided,
I’m happy to wait for the inspiration to act,
and I know it’s time to relax,
and let the solution
come to me.

This Month I’m Letting Go – A GAME TO PLAY

Would you like to play “This Month I’m Letting Go” with me?

It’s a game inspired by the teachings of Abraham, to help us release the resistant vibration that’s been holding back the things we want, from coming to us easily.

HERE’S HOW IT WORKS:

1. Whether we would like more money, a house, a relationship, a health cure, a career change, or to fix a specific problem in our lives — we just LET IT GO for the rest of this month.

2. We trust that it’s in our vortex — and we simply RELEASE THE URGENCY for the condition to change right now.

3. We do our best to move away from that troublesome topic — and GIVE IT TO THE UNIVERSE TO MANAGE for the next few weeks.

4. ‎Rather than stressing about, focusing on, trying to find solutions for or strategizing about that particular thing — we decide to enjoy ourselves and BASK IN THE GOOD FEELING WE PREFER TO FEEL instead.

5. If we find ourselves thinking about that thing again — we just gently release it for now and PIVOT BACK TO A BETTER FEELING THOUGHT.

6 We also acknowledge that we are completely FREE to pick up the problem again next month if we choose to do so — OR NOT!
