THE QUICKEST WAY TO FEEL PASSIONATE AGAIN … is to give all I’ve got to give, even of it means I might get hurt, fail, cause conflict, face contrast, die or lose my soul.

When I was too afraid to live life fully I was so emotionally disconnected, I may as well have been dead. Now as I fill myself up to overflowing, I have more value to contribute, more heightened emotions to feel and more joy expanding experiences to live, than ever before.

Whenever I DO something  just because it feels really good, everything else I need comes as well.

I love feeling good.
I love how everything always works out for me.
I love the endless surprises the universe delivers when I relax and trust.
I love finding aspects to appreciate.
I love noticing things that I love.
I love to enjoy my life.
I love to rant about these simple tasks that are so fulfilling.
I love to feel the energy flow through my body as I write, or speak, or laugh.
I love how life gives us so many choices.
I love knowing I can choose what I want and then go out to play and they’ll show up someday.
I love knowing what I know.
I love living as if everything is handled for me – and it always is!
I’m really glad I’m alive.

TO ACCEPT … even when I felt like condemning.
TO LOVE … even when my heart was hurting.
TO BELIEVE IN MYSELF … even when others doubted my abilities.
TO FIND STRENGTH … even when all hope was lost.
TO EXPRESS MY FEELINGS … even when I was afraid of the result.
TO TRUST MY INNER GUIDANCE … even though I was feeling stuck.
TO GO FOR WHAT I REALLY WANTED … even though it seemed unreasonable.
TO ALLOW MYSELF TO BE VULNERABLE … even when I was crying out for certainty.
TO HAVE FAITH THAT EVERYTHING IS WORKING OUT PERFECTLY … even if it seemed far from the truth.
TO KNOW IT’S OK TO BE WHERE I’M AT … because this too will change, even if I don’t know the answer, even if I haven’t found clarity, even if I’m not yet aware of the solution and even if I do nothing at all. ~ Confession #387

I FOUND SATISFACTION INSIDE ME … when I stopped comparing myself to others.

I FOUND FREEDOM INSIDE ME … when I stopped worrying what someone else might think.

I FOUND EASE INSIDE ME… when I stopped trying so hard to be perfect, and right, and good.

I FOUND BETTER HEALTH INSIDE ME … When I stopped looking outside to find a cure for illness and started remembering my natural inner wellness.

I FOUND MORE JOY INSIDE ME … when I stopped doing things out of obligation and started doing them because it made ME feel good.

I FOUND SOLUTIONS INSIDE ME … when I stopped reinforcing the problem and just “allowed” the solution.

I FOUND FULFILLMENT INSIDE ME … When I started to fill myself up first and found out I had so much more to give to others.

I FOUND PEACE INSIDE ME … when I stopped making other peoples choices wrong, when I let them walk their own path and when I just concentrated on enjoying mine.

I FOUND BETTER RESULTS BEGAN INSIDE ME … when I started to imagine everything going really, really well.

I FOUND THAT LOVE CAME SO EASILY TO ME … when I stopped looking at what others were giving and OPENED MYSELF UP to truly receiving.

I FOUND THAT MONEY CAME SO EASILY TO ME … when I stopped trying to find ways to “make it” and just looked for more ways to “have fun”.

I FOUND THAT SUCCESS CAME SO EASILY TO ME … when I stopped working for a living and started playing with my life.

WHEN I FLOW LOVE … time disappears, differences become irrelevant, emotions flow freely, moods are elevated, hate is dissolved, wrongs are forgiven, wounds are healed, trouble turns to calm, doubt transforms into hope, physical distance is bridged, judgment is replaced with understanding, stress is released, agitation changes to patience, pain turns into relief, beliefs that held me captive are replaced with a sense of freedom, what was once viewed as failure can now be seen as real success, petty annoyances become laughable, my body finally relaxes, the mind is quietened, my heart expands and my soul unites with the energy of the source of life that draws forth a feeling of indescribable oneness with all that is.

I thought my mate should change so I could love him more. I expected my kids to behave so they were worthy of my praise. I though YOU should believe the same things I do so I could shower you with blessings, but I was wrong. That’s not real love, that’s conditional love.

I DECIDED TO LOVE ANYWAY!

I decided to accept others just the way they are no matter what they were thinking, I decided to praise the essence of each person I meet no matter what they were doing, I decided to bless you no matter what you believe. not because you deserve it, not because it’s the right thing to do, not because I’ll go to heaven when I die, but because it’s the best way I know to BE THE LOVE THAT IS ME.
