My Top 10 Good Feeling Goals

1. GET RELIEF from whatever is bothering me, in whatever way I can (without judgment).
2. EXPRESS HOW I’M REALLY FEELING and then spend endless time doing whatever it takes to feel a little better, moment by moment.
3. LOOK FOR THE BLESSING IN EACH SITUATION
4. FIND SOMETHING TO APPRECIATE (anything at all will do).
5. CHOOSE SOMEONE TO LOVE and then flow as much love as possible towards that person, (not because I want something in return, but because it feels REALLY GOOD to love, from the inside out).
6. LOVE MYSELF MORE TOO. When I love me, I have so much more to give to others.
7. GIVE MYSELF A BREAK
8. GIVE EVERYONE ELSE A BREAK TOO. Stop expecting them to meet my needs and meet my own instead.
9. THINK ABOUT, TALK ABOUT AND DO THINGS THAT FEEL GOOD, and gently let go of the things that don’t.
