Taking time out during the day to do whatever makes YOU happy is essential to recharge your system, quieten the mind and settle emotions so you have more energy to do the things you enjoy doing for others.
But what about night time? Are you getting a peaceful nights sleep, without disturbance, and waking refreshed? They say that the biggest contributor to sleepless nights is caused by whatever you were thinking about prior to going to bed! So I often do a couple simple processes to steady my thoughts.

1 … I meditate to slow everything right down.
3 … I ask myself the 3 MOST IMPORTANT QUESTIONS.
4 … There’s a third process that I do too, and it’s actually a really simple game that helps me enormously AND fantastic to play with children before bedtime (your mate will probably enjoy it too) because it helps to raise your vibration as well … but you’ll have to leave a message in the comments to ask for the instructions for that one … ok!
