CONFESSION #191
ONCE UPON A TIME I LET DEPRESSION BECOME A HABIT
… of repetitive thoughts, negative conversation, similar action.
Then I allowed RELIEF to become a habit,
going easier on myself became a habit,
lightening up a little became a habit,
trusting things would work out became a habit,
finding benefit in each situation became a habit,
focusing on happier stuff became a habit,
thinking positive thoughts became a habit,
moving my body more became a habit,
believing in myself became a habit,
appreciating what I’ve already got became a habit,
and even loving who I am right now become a habit.
Then in a short amount of time, being the magnificent person I’d really always been, just became a way of life. ~ 500 Confessions BOOK 1
