I Laugh At Problems Now

I REALLY DO LAUGH AT PROBLEMS NOW … Years ago we were taught that we should work on our issues, that we had to get to the bottom of it all before we could really let something go.

Ha ha ha ha ha aha ha ha ha … oh wow, that was hard work and oh how guilty I felt for most of my life.

But underneath, I always knew life was meant to be easier than that! So these days I quietly acknowledge the issue then just give it all to God/The Universe to handle for me. When I’m in that trusting state I can relax again, I can laugh at it all, and the solutions just come, it all happens easily, and most often when I’m focused on something completely different.

P.S. I used to call them MY problems as if I owned them. You might notice people refer to things such as MY cancer, MY disabilities, MY worries etc. Lately I’ve found it really empowering to soften the effect and lessen the vibrational impact on my psyche, by just calling them simply “problems”.
